Golden English Course is an education institution focused on developing English skills with an outcome-based and career readiness approach. We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join us.
Location: Onsite at Golden English Course, Jatibening, Bekasi City
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads platforms
- Build and implement performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign targeting optimization
- Monitor daily ad performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs and conversion data
- Run A/B testing for creatives, copywriting, audiences, and campaign structures
- Analyze campaign performance including ROAS, CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and lead quality
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to produce high-performing ad creatives
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize performance and scaling opportunities
- Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports with insights and strategic recommendations
- Develop funnel strategies from awareness to conversion for education services
- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing and social media advertising
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Advertiser / Performance Marketing Specialist
- Proven experience managing measurable campaigns (leads, sales, or conversions)
- Strong understanding of digital funneling, customer journey, and lead generation strategy
Proficient in:
- Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- TikTok Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Meta Pixel & Event Tracking
- Google Spreadsheet / Looker Studio
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Strong understanding of audience behavior and conversion-based advertising
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in education/edtech/course/training industry
- Understanding of SEO and paid ads synergy (organic + paid marketing)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion tracking
- Experience handling medium to large advertising budgets
