Job Description:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns with a focus on sales and conversions.
- Manage campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, creative testing, and optimization through Meta Ads Manager.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and key advertising metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, conversion, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop effective advertising strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager; experience limited to boosting posts is not sufficient.
- Proven experience running Sales/Conversion campaigns and optimizing based on performance data.
- Experience advertising high-value products (ideally priced in the millions) or educational products is highly preferred.
- Experience managing significant daily ad spend is a plus.
- Willing to work WFO in Yogyakarta.
