Advertiser / Performance Marketing (Google Ads,Meta,Marketplace)

PT Sainsgo Karya Indonesia is manufacturer of baby care, personal & skin care, foods and traditional medicine. We are looking for an Advertiser / Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Marketplace Ads).

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google, Meta, and Marketplace (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada) campaigns

• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions

• Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and A/B testing

• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations

• Collaborate with the Creative, Product, and Business teams to deliver impactful campaigns

• Manage advertising budgets effectively while maximizing campaign performance

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Marketplace (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada)

• Familiar with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio is a plus

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Willing to work in Sawangan,Depok.
