Job Summary
Manages the brand's paid advertising across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Marketplace/E-commerce Ads — from account setup and creative testing to budget optimization to hit ROAS targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up & manage campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Marketplace Ads (Shopee/Tokopedia)
- Continuously test ad creatives to identify the most effective angles
- Optimize budget & targeting based on weekly performance data
- Report on ad performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR) regularly to the Digital Marketing Manager
- Coordinate with the Content Creator Internal & AI Content Specialist for ad asset needs
- Stay on top of relevant platform trends & algorithm changes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing Meta Ads & TikTok Ads (portfolio/case study required)
- Understands ad performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM) and how to optimize them
- Familiar with Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Manager
- Able to work with a limited budget in the early stage and scale gradually
- Analytical, comfortable using data to drive decisions
Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopee Ads/Tokopedia Ads (Marketplace Ads)
- Experience scaling ads for an early-stage DTC/FMCG brand
- Meta Blueprint or TikTok Ads certification
