Responsibilities
Develop, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
Conduct audience research and A/B testing to identify high-performing segments.
Optimize campaigns for better performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and create reports.
Collaborate with the creative and content team for ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Requirements
Proven experience running Meta Ads (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Strong understanding of Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
Experience in e-commerce or lead generation campaigns.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data effectively.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, and reporting tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
