Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Handle full-funnel ad strategies: prospecting, retargeting, scaling, and testing
- Manage CPAS / catalog-based campaigns where applicable
- Monitor budgets, pacing, bids, and performance to maximize ROI
- Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR) and turn data into clear actions
- Set up and manage tracking systems: GTM, Pixel, GA4, Etc
- Ensure tracking accuracy across platforms and troubleshoot issues when needed
- Collaborate with creative & strategy teams to brief, test, and iterate ad creatives
- Prepare performance reports and insights for internal reviews and clients
- Stay updated with platform changes, ad policies, and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Based in Bali and available to work full-time on-site
- Proven experience managing Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of CPAS, catalog ads, and performance scaling
- Hands-on experience setting up pixels, GTM, GA, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to read data and optimize efficiently
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple accounts/campaigns
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
