Role Description
- Handle the end-to-end execution of paid advertising campaigns across relevant platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Marketplace Ads).
- Develop campaign structures, audiences, and targeting strategies based on product analysis, market trends, and client briefs.
- Coordinate with internal creative and content teams to ensure ad assets (copy, visuals, hooks, landing pages) are optimized for conversion.
- Monitor daily campaign performance (impressions, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and implement ongoing optimizations (bids, budget, audience, creative).
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign results.
- Own the reporting process by preparing regular performance reports, analyzing metrics, and delivering actionable insights/recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to align ad campaigns with promotional calendars and business priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, or marketplace ads) — experience in an agency or media environment is a huge plus.
- Proven track record of running performance campaigns with clear KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate).
- Strong analytical skills; highly proficient in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), platform dashboards, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Understanding of audience targeting, funnel strategy, and digital marketing attribution.
- Basic knowledge of ad creative best practices (copywriting, visual hooks) and landing page optimization.
- Experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or marketplace ecosystems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (comfortable explaining data/reports clearly)
