Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Running and scaling campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
- Budget Allocation: Strategically managing advertising spend to maximize ROI (Return on Investment) and minimize cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Testing & Optimization: Conducting A/B testing on ad copies, target audiences, and visual creatives to see what performs best.
- Data Analytics: Reviewing campaign metrics (impressions, click-through rates, conversion rates) and compiling performance reports.
What we're looking for :
- Proven experience of 2 - 3 years working as a Paid Ads Specialist, Digital Marketer or similar role, with demonstrated success in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong expertise with Meta Business Suite and other major paid advertising platforms relevant to retail and e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of the retail apparel industry, consumer behaviour and trends in fashion e-commerce.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience using marketing analytics tools to track, measure and interpret campaign performance.
- Excellent knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and experience implementing strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Strong creative thinking combined with analytical skills to balance art and data in campaign development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters and sales professionals.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) is essential.
- Attention to detail with strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint or similar digital marketing certifications is advantageous.
