We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our paid advertising and digital content strategy for multiple English 1 centers in Bandung. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative — capable of running data-driven ad campaigns and also supporting content production that connects with parents and students.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging content: short-form videos (Reels), photos, captions, and stories
- Coordinate with marketing teams and teachers to schedule content shoots (in-center)
- Driving content and strategy that generate leads
- Stay updated on trends to keep content fresh, fun, and on-brand
- Creating monthly social media reports including trends, ads result and plan
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, Instagram, TikTok)
- Manage campaign scheduling and audience targeting across centers to avoid overlapping ads in nearby locations
- Track and report on ad spend, cost per lead, click-through rates, and conversion performance
- Ensure brand consistency while tailoring content to the needs of each center
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager (Tiktok Ads is a plus point)
- Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar
- Familiar with Canva or graphic design basics for social media
- Familiar with Meta Business Suite to scheduling content and manage performance
- Good sense of trends, aesthetics, and storytelling for different age groups (kids, teens, parents)
- Able to manage and schedule campaigns across multiple locations with precision
- Strong analytical skills and attention to audience targeting strategies
- Able to provide data performance and developing actionable plans
- Knowledge of digital funnels, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media ads (Meta Ads Manager)
- Office-based position at English 1 Bandung Setiabudi, supporting several centers across Bandung
