Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Support the monitoring and optimization of campaign performance.
- Help prepare campaign reports and performance summaries.
- Conduct research on audience targeting, competitors, and industry trends.
- Assist in analyzing campaign data and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor campaign budgets, spending, and key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Creative and Account teams to ensure ad assets are delivered on time.
- Assist in uploading creatives, copy, and campaign materials to advertising platforms.
- Support A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Ensure campaign data and performance records are properly documented.
- Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.
- Perform administrative tasks related to campaign management as needed.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Digital Marketing and Paid Advertising.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data.
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
