JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage administrative including: Sending test links, Scheduling assessment calls/interviews
- Monitoring the completeness of submitted documents, Announcing selection results to applicants
- Verify and validate application documents submitted by new student candidates
- Prepare and organize financial administration related to admissions (e.g. registration fees, tuition installments, etc.)
- Assist in coordinating scholarship selection processes, including document screening and scheduling
- Act as the main information hub for new students regarding admissions tests, tuition fees, and orientation (OSPEK)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently residing in the Jabodetabek area and able to work on-site in a hybrid work system
- Available for a minimum 3-month internship
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major
- Previous experience as a Campus Admission Intern is a plus
- Preferably has experience in a similar industry (edutech)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Skilled in using Google Docs and Mail Merge
- Experienced in handling and processing large datasets
- Capable of performing billing tasks and following up on payments
- Strong administrative skills, organized, detail-oriented, and thorough
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently or collaboratively to meet deadlines
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
