Job description:
As an Admission Consultant at Vista Education Corp, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the process of applying to universities abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the university application process for students, ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
- Provide expert guidance on VISA requirements, assist students in preparing VISA documentation
- Stay up-to-date with immigration policies and regulations to provide accurate information to students and colleagues
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international universities, admissions offices, and other stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of the application process
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive relationships with clients
Qualifications:
- Min. of Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations or relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience working in the Overseas Education Industry are preferred.
- Up-to-date understanding of international education trends, immigration policies, and university admission processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Additional language proficiency is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and university representatives
