Job Description:
1. Handling Operational Export-Import for CBU & Heavy Equipment
2. Managing Operational in Marshaling Yard
3. Maintain Customer
4. Conduct Improvement
5. Handling other operational issues and resolving them
6. Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Job Requirement:
1. Fresh Graduate (Diploma/Bachelor from any major)
2. 2 years minimum work experience at Port Operator
3. Driving License (A & C)
4. Fluently in English
5. Basic Computer, Microsoft Office (advanced in Excel)
6. Strong analytical skills and an understanding of workflow management
7. Experience in handling complaints and maintaining safety standards
