PT Assawala Persada Indonesia is a construction company engaged in building construction, infrastructure development, and project management services. As our projects continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to support our Human Resources and administrative functions.
Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for office and project-based personnel.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll administration, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
- Manage and update employee data within the HRIS system.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and other administrative documentation as required.
- Assist in maintaining positive employee relations and internal communications.
- Ensure HR administration complies with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Provide administrative support for HR and operational activities.
Requirements
- Female.
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Personnel Administration, or related fields.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of Recruitment, Payroll Administration, Employee Relations, and HR Development.
- Experience using HRIS systems is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
