Jobdesc :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Support the development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization.
- Assist in establishing and refining company policies and regulations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational culture initiatives.
- Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Execute onboarding programs and support employee development and talent growth initiatives.
- Support and coordinate internal company events and activities, such as company anniversaries, town hall meetings, employee engagement programs, and other corporate events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and HR-related matters.
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 audits.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong initiative with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
