We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee data, records, and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment processes, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Prepare employment-related documents such as contracts, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and other administrative records.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and administrative matters.
- Maintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
- Support payroll preparation by ensuring employee data and attendance records are accurate.
- Assist with general HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Have experience in HR Administration or a similar role.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling, conducting initial interviews, reference checks, offering, and onboarding
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Experience supporting recruitment and employee administration processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
