1. Data Administration & AttendanceTimekeeping: Verifying and compiling attendance data, timesheets, shift logs, and leave records.Database Maintenance: Updating employee profiles, including joining/termination dates, bank account details, and tax statuses.
Record Keeping: Archiving physical and digital documents for audits and compliance.
2. Payroll Processing & CalculationsSalary Calculations: Computing base pay, prorated salaries, overtime, bonuses, and allowances.Deduction Management: Calculating and withholding mandatory deductions (e.g., PPh 21 in Indonesia, BPJS/Social Security) and voluntary deductions (loans, union dues).Payslip Generation: Issuing detailed payslips (slip gaji) to employees on a regular pay cycle (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
3. Compliance & ReportingTax Remittance: Preparing payroll tax reports and ensuring timely remittance to local tax authorities.Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to local labor laws, minimum wage regulations, and employment standards.
Audit Support: Assisting in internal and external payroll audits by providing accurate ledger reconciliations.
4. Employee Support & Problem SolvingInquiries: Responding to employee questions regarding pay discrepancies, deductions, or
benefits.Resolution: Investigating and correcting payroll errors (underpayments or overpayments) quickly and professionally.
