Requirements:
- Minimum education: Diploma 3/Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Finance Admin or similar position (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Understanding of financial fundamentals and transaction recording.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas).
- Experienced in dealing with suppliers/purchasing.
- Experienced in updating and monitoring transaction mutation data (Cash Sales, Purchase Booking, and Financial Statement).
- Experienced in processing and updating Accounts Payable (AP) records and ensuring proper financial documentation.
- Experienced in preparing and reviewing Sales Reports and Accounts Receivable (AR) for sales transactions (Cash Sales, Purchase Booking, and Financial Statement).
- Experienced in handling financial submission processes related to cash management, including main cash and petty cash requests.
- Experienced in organizing, verifying, and archiving coffee shop sales documents/receipts, including transactions related to KOL, Marketing, R&D, and Vouchers.
- Experienced in daily finance administration processes and ensuring all transaction documents are complete and properly recorded.
- Experienced e in coordinating with related teams to support financial data and reporting requirements.
- Meticulous, neat, and responsible.
- Honest and possessing high integrity.
- Able to work with deadlines and targets.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills.
