Administrator – Beauty Studio.

Ginger Soul is a braiding studio focused on warm hospitality, high service standards, and a great client experience. We are looking for an Administrator who wants to grow with our team and understands that this role directly impacts bookings, sales, and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, Instagram, and in the studio.

- Consult clients, manage bookings, and help fill available master slots.

- Follow up with leads and clients who have not completed a booking.

- Sell services, additional treatments, and studio products.

- Work with KPI such as bookings, conversion, sales, and studio occupancy.

- Maintain a high level of customer service and hospitality.

- Handle complaints and difficult client situations professionally.

- Support daily studio operations and work closely with the team.

**Requirements:**

- Good spoken and written English — **required**.

- Strong communication and sales skills.

- Customer-oriented and service-minded.

- Responsible, organized, and able to solve problems independently.

- Comfortable working with KPI and sales targets.

- Experience in beauty, hospitality, customer service, sales, or administration is preferred.

- Beauty salon experience is a strong advantage.

We are looking for more than a receptionist — we need someone who can communicate, sell, follow up, solve problems, and help keep the studio busy.
