Role Overview
The Administrative Support Officer provides day-to-day administrative support across functions at PT. Samvad Technology Services contributing to efficient operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities in general includes administrative support to the company across functions to smoothen its operations. This covers (not limited to):
• Arranging meetings and other logistical requirements, as required by the function heads and their teams.
• Accounts Payable (AP) support including processing vendor invoices and payments in accordance with approved Purchase orders and in compliance with SOPs.
• Accounts Receivable (AR) support including raising client invoices, tracking outstanding payments, and following up on collections in coordination with the relevant team members.
• Expense payment / reimbursement processing including review and process of staff expense claims & 3rd party payments both through bank and petty cash payments in compliance with the relevant SOPs.
• Administrative support required for maintaining a dedicated and well engaged team. This may include assistance with maintaining leave records, documents filing, creation / maintenance of shared folders.
• Administrative support in records retention in compliance with the relevant SOPs.
Requirements
Education & Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree. A background in Administration, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in an administrative, operations, or office support role.
• Prior exposure to administration and general operations.
• Available to join immediately.

• High attention to detail and process driven mindset. Ability to design and execute established processes.
• Self-sufficient and process-driven, able to follow established SOPs with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in use of productivity tools, such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines simultaneously.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
