Key Responsibilities
Office Operations: Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the office, including operating equipment and updating office policies.
Communication & Support: Manage correspondence, answer phone calls, direct visitors, and serve as the primary liaison between departments.
Document Management: Maintain and organize company files, databases, and records while strictly ensuring confidentiality.
Scheduling: Coordinate company calendars, schedule appointments, book meeting rooms, and arrange travel or accommodations
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Proven experience as an Admin Officer, Office Administrator, or in a similar clerical role.
Tech Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace, office management software, and general office equipment.
Organization: Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with staff and clients.
Education: A high school diploma is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is often preferred
