We’re looking a motivated Administrative Officer Intern who passionate about sustainability to make an impact in social forestry and land restoration. You’ll support partner relationships and gain hands-on experience in account management within the NGO sector.
Qualifications:
- Final-year university student, preferably majoring in Administration, Forestry, or English Literature
- Able to work remotely and effectively in a team
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Interested in the NGO sector, especially social forestry
- Strong communication skills
- Can work remotely
- Willing to contract for 6 month
- Can join as soon as possible (ASAP)
Key Responsibility
- Attend and document introductory meetings and all subsequent meetings with potential Backbone Landscape Partners (BBLP) in coordination with the Relationship Coordinator (RC).
- Manage the distribution and collection of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and partnership proposals to/from BBLP.
- Facilitate the initial assessment using the KOBO toolbox, and handle subsequent data management and reporting.
- Ensure regular communication (at least three times per week) with BBLP to address inquiries and guide them through the documentation process.
- Review and verify the completeness of all documents submitted by BBLP.
- Compile and forward the complete partnership packages to the BVT Secretariat for final processing.
- Each Administrative Officer (AO) will be responsible for managing up to 10 BBLP.
