Administrative Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing documents, organizing company files, preparing invoices, and maintaining accurate administrative records. This position is suitable for candidates who are willing to learn, responsible, and capable of handling routine administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative and clerical duties
  • Manage and maintain company documents, files, and records
  • Organize and update files within Google Drive and internal systems
  • Prepare invoices and assist with basic administrative documentation
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Support operational activities and internal coordination
  • Ensure all administrative documents are properly archived and accessible
  • Assist management and team members with administrative support when required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Familiar with Google Drive and digital file organization
  • Good organizational and time management skill
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
  • Able to work independently and follow instructions effectively
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
  • Basic English communication skills are an advantage
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of invoicing and administrative processes

Ability to handle repetitive and routine tasks accurately

Familiarity with office administration workflows is a plus

Employment Details

Position: Full-Time

Location: Bali

Probation period may apply based on company policy
