Currently, we are looking for a General Admin / Administrative Assistant interested in managing day to day administration tasks.

What You Will Do:

  1. Book and manage meetings and social engagement bookings with clients (including recommending relevant locations)
  2. End to end event management
  3. Coordinate and communicate information in a timely and relevant manner regarding key people processes this may include administering people
  4. Address employees administrative queries
  5. Manage social media engagement
  6. Contribute to team and organizational improvements in process and infrastructure
  7. Follow industry best practices

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in English both written and spoken
  2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar Executive Assistant or Support role
  3. A strong ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people from all backgrounds, at all levels including senior management
  4. A very high attention to detail
  5. An ability to understand and live the businesses values, as a key representative of the brand when communicating externally
  6. Willing to work according to Australian Time
  7. Please submit your CV in English
