We seek a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our Company as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the efficient management of documents and records in alignment with the department’s operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Systematically organize and file documents by established protocols (alphabetical, numerical, etc.);
Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems, including archiving and retrieval processes;
Input relevant data into electronic databases to facilitate document tracking and accessibility;
Ensure precision and attention to detail across all administrative activities;
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and coordinate interdepartmental communication;
Uphold strict confidentiality and security standards concerning sensitive documents and information;
Digitize paper-based documents through scanning and formatting procedures as required;
Provide administrative support for various ad hoc assignments;
Demonstrate proficient typing and data entry skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from a recognized institution;
A minimum of 6 years in Administration for Finance and Legal Department;
Proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English;
Advanced competence in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor;
Highly motivated, discreet, capable of working under pressure, meticulous, and trustworthy.
