Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations. You will support our management team and departments in maintaining the high standards of efficiency that our digital platform demands. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and has a keen interest in supporting a business at the intersection of technology and automotive commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Office Operations: Manage daily front-office activities, including handling incoming inquiries, managing mail, and ensuring the office environment is organized and professional.

• Administrative Support: Assist management with scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.

• Documentation & Data Entry: Support the team by managing project documentation, updating internal records, and performing data entry tasks related to supply chain or operational workflows.

• Communication Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for internal staff and external partners; handle correspondence with professional discretion and efficiency.

• Procurement & Inventory: Manage office supplies and procurement requests, ensuring necessary materials are stocked and within budget.

• Event & Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing team meetings, training sessions, or industry events as required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce environments is a plus).

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [Insert Language(s)].

• Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, or ERP systems).

• Organization: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Professionalism: High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and a proactive "problem-solving" attitude.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
