Deskripsi pekerjaan ADMINISTRATION PROCUREMENT Polygon Bikes

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :

Performing purchasing-related administrative tasks including :

  • Issuing Purchase Orders
  • Summarizing reports on item purchases
  • Collecting and verifying purchase order invoices, shipping/receiving invoices, and item purchase invoices from vendors
  • Drafting the Bill of Lading
  • Collecting and verifying data on goods receipt forms

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum graduated from D1/D2/D3 any major
  • Have experience minimum 1 year as admin is a plus point (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Excel)
  • Having passive English language skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Diligent, honest, and trustworthy
