Deskripsi pekerjaan ADMINISTRATION PROCUREMENT Polygon Bikes
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY :
Performing purchasing-related administrative tasks including :
- Issuing Purchase Orders
- Summarizing reports on item purchases
- Collecting and verifying purchase order invoices, shipping/receiving invoices, and item purchase invoices from vendors
- Drafting the Bill of Lading
- Collecting and verifying data on goods receipt forms
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum graduated from D1/D2/D3 any major
- Have experience minimum 1 year as admin is a plus point (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office/Excel)
- Having passive English language skills
- Detail oriented
- Diligent, honest, and trustworthy
