Responsibilities :

Undertake general administrative tasks to facilitate smooth daily operations as well as contributing to a streamlined workflow

Manage and organize office documents, files and records

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Contribute to problem-solving and participate in discussions on tech solutions

Handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and confidentiality, as the role involves access to personal and professional data requiring a high level of trustworthiness

Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow within the company, adapting to new challenges that arise daily

Requirements :

Indonesian citizen

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Proven experience working as an Administrative Assistant or in a related position

Has supported C-level executives within a competitive, fast-moving industry

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle tasks and schedules

Tech-savvy with a keen interest in automation and efficiency tools

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to engage in meaningful discussions to address business challenges

A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism

Ambitious, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic nature of the business environment
