PT. Elephant Air Ticket Service
We're looking for detail-oriented and communicative individuals to join our team as a Flight Ticket Refund Customer Service Admin (English or Korean Speaker).
Based in North Jakarta, this is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM WIB.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling flight ticket refund requests by collecting customer ticket information, communicating with Korean airlines to process refunds, and accurately recording the outcome of each refund request.
We're looking for candidates who are proficient in Korean or English, have strong communication skills, pay close attention to detail, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Benefits
English Speaker: Base salary of Rp5,000,000 per month.
Korean Speaker: Base salary of Rp8,000,000 – Rp10,000,000 per month.
Performance Bonus: Rp5,000 for every ticket processed upon achieving the monthly target.
Benefits: BPJS Health and BPJS Employment Insurance.
