Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Administration Officer to join our team in Sleman, Yogyakarta. In this role, your primary responsibility will be managing logistics documentation, with a strong focus on creating Delivery Orders.

You will handle logistics data processing using Microsoft Excel, monitor stock movements, and coordinate with the warehouse team and Sales Area to ensure smooth and timely product distribution to our end customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation Management: Accurately prepare, issue, and archive Delivery Orders and other related logistics paperwork.

• Data Processing: Input, update, and reconcile daily inventory data (incoming and outgoing goods) using System.

• Distribution Coordination: Schedule and monitor product shipments from warehouses to end customers or between facilities to ensure on-time delivery.

• Inventory Control: Collaborate closely with warehouse staff and Purchasing Staff to cross-check physical stock with system records.

• Reporting: Assist in preparing periodic logistics and administrative reports to help identify process, recap and report an Sales Order from Customer.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Location: Must be domiciled in Yogyakarta or surrounding areas and willing to work on-site in Sleman, Yogyakarta.

• Technical Skills: * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, formatting, and basic formulas (sorting, filtering, and data reconciliation).

• Good understanding of basic Supply Chain & Logistics flows (receiving, warehousing, and dispatching).

• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong numeric accuracy, good communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Previous experience in logistics administration, warehousing, or data entry is a significant advantage.
