Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Administration
- Manage sales documents, including invoices, purchase orders, etc.
- Ensure accurate and organized sales data entry in the system (GF Akuntansi)
2. Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations
- Follow up on customer orders until delivery is completed
3. Customer Service
- Respond customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
4. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with the finance department for payment verification and invoice processing
