PT Tidal Bersih Jaya | Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara
PT Tidal Bersih Jaya (Tidal Wash Laundry), a premium eco-laundry company based in Labuan Bajo is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Admin to support our daily business operations. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have strong organizational skills, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Handle daily administrative and office operations.
- Manage customer orders, invoices, and payment records.
- Coordinate with the production and delivery team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate reports, inventory, and filing systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support general office and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Pantai Pede, Labuan Bajo
