Deskripsi pekerjaan admin warehouse Roaming Koper Indonesia

PT. Wallace Kuliner Indonesia (Wallace Burger & Chicken) is a rapidly expanding food and beverage (F&B) company committed to delivering high-quality products and operational excellence across our growing number of branches.

Key Responsibilities: As our Warehouse Admin, you will be the backbone of our inventory accuracy.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Data Management: Maintain and update daily warehouse logs, incoming/outgoing stock data, and delivery receipts using Microsoft Excel.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct scheduled inventory counting, reconciliation, and verification checks (stock opname) to ensure zero discrepancy between physical stock and system data.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Assist in organizing storage layouts, tracking shelf-life/expiry dates of F&B raw materials, and processing stock requests from various outlets.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly inventory status reports for management review.
  • Cross-functional Communication: Coordinate closely with procurement, vendors, and logistics personnel (including handling communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders/partners where required

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Here is what it takes:

  • Excel Wizardry: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. You should be highly comfortable using formulas, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables to manage large data sets.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is highly preferred to facilitate seamless coordination with specific supply chain partners and internal reporting structures. Proficient English/Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience as a Warehouse Admin or Inventory Controller (experience in the F&B, FMCG, or retail industry is a massive plus).
  • Skills: Excellent numerical accuracy, highly organized, disciplined, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
  • Location: Must be willing to work on-site at our facility located in Cengkareng, Duri Kosambi, West Jakarta.
