Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Warehouse PT. Pillar Brite Care
You Will :
- Process incoming order (check orders, input data, coordinate with warehouse/packing team)
- Update order status & input tracking numbers
- Monitor stock & coordinate with the warehouse team
- Handle customer complaints effectively in collaboration with the team
- Prepare daily reports (order & sales)
You Are :
- Male/Female
- Minimum High School/Vocational High School graduate
- Prior experience as an online shop/marketplace admin is preferred
- Familiar with Shopee, Tokopedia, & Tiktok Shop is a plus
- Able to operate Excel/Google Sheet (basic level)
- Fast typing skills and responsive in handling-chats
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
- Able to work underpressure (high order volume)
- Communicative with a good attitude
