Requirements :
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduate are welcome).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheet
Detail-oriented, analytical, able to work under deadlines, and high integrity.
Familiar with ESB system
Job Description :
Maintain accurate records of goods received and dispatched.
Monitor inventory and update stock data in the system.
Prepare and file warehouse documents (delivery orders, goods receipts, etc.).
Conduct stock checks and support inventory reconciliation.
Issue customer invoices and ensure timely billing.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
Record incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
Prepare inventory and accounts receivable reports.
