Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Visa & RPTKA PT China Trading Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries about VISA, ITAS/ITAP, VOA, and ITKapplications or extensions
- Handle all the required document for VISA, ITAS/ITAP, VOA, and ITK administration
- Visits Immigration office, Kemnaker, or any Government Organization related to the second point
- Diutamakan yang memiliki pengalaman di bidang pengurusan izin keimigrasian (seperti apply visa kerja RPTKA & IMTA, VOA, investor, visa bisnis dll). selain itu tidak akan kami proses.
- Handle other adminstration process if needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any fields (International Relation is preffered)
- At least 1 year of experience in visa administration
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong problem skills
- Good communication skills
- Possess at least a SIM C (SIM A is preferred but not required)
Location: PT CHINA TRADING INDONESIA (North Jakarta, near Cove Batavia PIK)
Office hour: Senin-Jumat 08.30-17.00, Sabtu 08.30-12.00
