Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Tender Pt. Saag Utama
- Opportunity searching & project tracking including market and project related intelligence
- Prepare bid documents for tender/budgetary responses while applying industry standards. This includes putting together statement letters (internal & external), collating and formatting documents etc
- Ensure bid prep team are aware of internal finalization dates & advise team so a timely submission can be managed
- Act as Document Controller for ongoing projects
- Maintain a knowledge based repository to enable quick bid analysis and decision making process
- Manage data for which you are responsible to ensure the availability, integrity, confidentiality and security of that data.
- Support administration of operational activities such as logistics/site visits (flights, visas, and hotel), workshops, etc.
- Coordination of shipping and its import/export paperwork including Master list administration (dispatch and receiving)
- Minimum 3 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry ( E P C, End User, Equipment vendor environment)
- High discipline and demonstrates expertise in problem resolution
- Proficiency in English required
- Highly organized, self-motivated and resourceful in the industry to be able to be well informed of opportunities
- Must possess strong computer skills and sound skill in MS - Excel, MS - Word, MS - Power point.
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, flexibility and work well under pressure whilst still producing accurate and timely work
