Deskripsi pekerjaan admin support PT. Hexaon Business Mitrasindo

Tanggung jawab:

1. Mengarsip TDR fisik maupun softcopy dengan baik

2. Memastikan masa aktif TDR bank masih berlaku

3. Mengurus dokumen TDR atau legalitas perusahaan jika sudah menuju expired

4. Memastikan seluruh dokumen legalitas perusahaan (NIB, SIUP, NPWP, Akta, dll.) dalam kondisi aktif.

5. Update database rekanan bank

Kualifikasi :

1. Mahir menggunakan Ms. Office dan Google Workspace.

2. Memiliki komunikasi yang baik.

3. Pendidikan terakhir minimal SMK.

4. Memiliki pengalamann minimal 1 tahun.

5. Mampu memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen dengan tingkat ketelitian yang tinggi.

6. Memiliki pengalaman/pemahaman dalam prosedur pendaftaran & perpanjangan Tanda Daftar Rekanan (TDR) bank.
