Job Description
Perform daily administrative tasks and routine data processing accurately and efficiently.
Input, update, and manage administrative records in a timely and organized manner.
Operate computers and administrative support software to support daily office activities.
Provide administrative support to the team and related departments as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Maintain organized documentation, records, and filing systems for easy access and reference.
Prepare and check administrative documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Support data entry, document handling, and general office coordination.
Assist in monitoring administrative workflows and reporting any issues when necessary.
Ensure all administrative records are updated and properly maintained.
Help support day-to-day office operations through accurate and timely administrative assistance.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by supervisors or management.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Based in Bali.
Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage data accurately.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsible, disciplined, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Good time management and ability to work with deadlines.
Willing to support various administrative needs of the company.
