A well established Global online retail/wholesale of electronic goods (E-commerce) based company with head office in Melbourne, Australia is seeking a qualified person who is highly motivated, dedicated, hardworking and professional candidates for the following position:
Admin Support (RMA)
Qualifications:
• Highly motivated person, proactive and able to work under tight deadline and pressure
• Candidates must be able to work efficiently and pay attention to detail
• Creative and, able to work under minimum supervision
• Fluent English skills in both oral and written
• Have passion with technology or gadgets, ie: specifically Mobile Phones, Camera, etc is an advantage
• Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
Brief Job Descriptions :
• Proactively follow up the progress of repairs from several of repair agents both via email and phone.
• Updating and reporting the progress of report on internal system as well as responding to incoming emails in relation to this
• Auditing & Bookeeping
