Requirements:

• Minimum diploma (D3) or equivalent

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented

• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

• Able to manage administrative tasks effectively

• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

• Able to communicate with students, parents, and teachers professionally

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in administration or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks

• Manage student registration and class schedules

• Maintain student and administrative records

• Communicate with students and parents

• Assist with payments and basic financial administration

• Coordinate schedules with teachers

• Respond to inquiries through WhatsApp and other communication channels

• Support daily operations and school activities
