Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping records, post journal entries, and ensure timely updates of all transactions for assigned client accounts.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and record journal entries for each client.
- Prepare and send invoices to client customers, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting schedules for management and tax reporting.
- Support and execute client payroll processing, including payroll calculation support, payroll disbursement preparation, and ensuring timely payroll administration in line with client requirements.
- Manage shared drives, organize financial documents, and streamline workflows using Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
- Efficiently operate accounting software (e.g., Xero, Jurnal, or similar) to record transactions and generate financial reports.
- Work closely with consultants, managers, and client contacts to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide accurate financial information.
- Process and document vendor and supplier payments for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in bookkeeping, finance administration, accounts payable/payments, or payroll processing, preferably with exposure to serving multiple clients.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, payment processes, and payroll administration.
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting software will be advantageous.
- Effective and polite communication in Bahasa Indonesia (written & verbal); English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients’ workflows while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
