ADMIN – SCENTSORYLAB BALI
Scentsorylab Bali is looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive Admin to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is not only able to handle administrative tasks, but also has good attention to detail, good communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
REQUIREMENTS
• Female / Male, maximum 35 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, receptionist, or a related position.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication skills and comfortable communicating with customers in English.
• Highly detail-oriented and careful with numbers, dates, bookings, payments, and customer information.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Fast learner and willing to learn our products, services, and internal systems.
• Able to follow SOPs and maintain proper documentation.
• Friendly, professional, and presentable.
• Willing to work on-site in Kuta, Bali (5 working days).
• Willing to undergo a 2-month probation period.
