Deskripsi pekerjaan Admin Sales PT Sinergi Insan Andalan

As an Admin Sales at Englishvit, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth sales operations, processing customer orders, and providing exceptional customer service. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will help ensure a seamless experience for both our internal team and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Order Processing & Management: Accurately process customer orders for English courses through email, phone, or online platforms, ensuring timely and correct execution.

- Customer Communication & Support: Professionally respond to inquiries related to course offerings, pricing, and registration processes. Address customer issues and concerns promptly, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

- Data Entry & Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer data, course enrollments, and sales metrics using CRM systems or internal databases.

- Sales Reports & Documentation: Generate and prepare sales performance reports, enrollment statistics, and other necessary documentation for internal reviews and decision-making.

- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.

- Payment & Invoicing Coordination: Assist in processing payments, sending invoices, and coordinating billing inquiries to ensure a smooth transaction experience.

- Inventory Management (If applicable): Manage and track any physical course materials, ensuring sufficient stock and timely replenishment.

- Adherence to Compliance Standards: Ensure that all customer interactions and data management practices comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations regarding privacy and data security.

Qualifications:

- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the education or e-learning industry, is highly desirable.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.

- Experience with office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional, positive, and supportive manner.

- Accuracy is critical when processing orders, managing data, and generating reports. A meticulous approach is essential for this role.

- Capable of identifying issues, resolving customer concerns, and improving processes when necessary.
