We are looking for a Admin Sales (Student Advisor) who is passionate about education, enjoys helping people, and is confident in sales. You will guide prospective students on scholarship and study-abroad opportunities, understand their needs, provide suitable recommendations, and help turn qualified leads into enrollments. This is a sales-oriented role. Warm leads will be provided by the company, with no cold calling required.
Job Description
- Handle incoming leads and inquiries from prospective students via WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Conduct consultations to understand students’ goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with prospective students, handle questions and objections, and drive the sales process toward closing.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead and student data in the CRM/internal database.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support the enrollment process.
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Education Consultant, Student Advisor, Business Development, Customer Success, or related roles.
- Experience in consultative selling, lead follow-up, and closing is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with prospective students.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Proactive, persuasive, target-oriented, and resilient in following up with leads.
- Comfortable using English in a professional working environment.
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends when required.
- Owns a personal laptop and has reliable internet access.
