Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bonus points for experience with ERP systems or Accurate Accounting Software.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and well-organized.
- collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
Job Desc :
- Processing sales orders meticulously to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analyzing sales data, creating insightful reports, and providing valuable support to the sales team.
- Handling key administrative tasks such as scheduling, preparing quotations, and managing tender/project documents.
- Updating and maintaining customer data in our ERP system.
- Collaborating closely with marketing, finance, and technical departments to drive sales success.
- Ensuring that maintenance agreements are current and working closely with Inside Sales for seamless operations.
- Regularly reporting to the Sales Manager, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
