Position: Admin (Sales)
🌸 Join Hanami Language Center
We're looking for a proactive and outgoing individual to help grow Hanami by building relationships with companies, schools, and the community.
Your Responsibilities
- Handle student registrations and enrollment documentation
- Handle enquiries from WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media platforms
- Maintain and update customer (CRM) and sales records
- Coordinate class schedules and communicate with teachers and students
- Assist with daily administrative and office operations
- Support marketing campaigns and company events
- Reach out to companies and organizations to introduce Hanami's language training programs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate partners, schools, and communities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and partnership agreements\
We're Looking For Someone Who
✅ Friendly, confident, and enjoys meeting new people
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
✅ Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
✅ Experience in administration, sales, customer service, or public relations is a plus
