This role involves both sales closing and administrative work, with warm leads provided by the company (no cold calling) and clear daily workflows.
Job Description :
- Handle incoming leads and inquiries from prospective students via WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Provide clear information about courses, pricing, schedules, and learning systems to help students choose the right program.
- Actively follow up leads and assist customers throughout the sales process until enrollment is completed (closing).
- Process student registrations and maintain accurate data in CRM or internal databases.
- Prepare daily and weekly enrollment and sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding class availability and schedules.
- Assist with payment confirmation, invoicing, and address basic billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security regulations.
Job Requirement :
- Minimum high school diploma; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in Admin Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Education Sales/Consultant.
- Comfortable handling sales follow-ups and assisting with the closing process with prospective students.
- Able to work with monthly enrollment targets and daily performance tracking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus.
- Comfortable using English in a professional working environment (internal communication and tools).
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and customer-focused.
- Willing to work in shifts (including weekends if required) and has access to a personal laptop.
