- Prepare and manage sales documents such as quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders
- Input and update customer and sales data into internal systems (e.g., ERP or CRM)
- Handle customer orders from receipt to delivery coordination
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and proper payment records
- Support the sales team with meeting schedules, client follow-ups, and report preparations
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all sales transactions and contracts
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries or complaints related to sales administration
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets, and provide general administrative support as needed
