Job Description
- Monitoring and control shipment order for Wholesale and Project Channel (Dealer Order)
- Monitoring Rebate and other promotion in Sales Order
- Check Dealer Order in Sahabat SCG application, simulate and process order to SAP. Monitor update shipment, report delivery
- Collaboration with related department to deliver good service for customer (Sales Team, Mktg Team, Logistic and Data Team)Manage and Monitoring claim rebate and special discount that processed in SAP system.
Qualifications:
- Min. Diploma Degree from any major
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Experience using SAP and CRM systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Willing and able to work on Saturdays for a half-day shift (08:30 AM – 12:00 PM).
